A weakness of transaction processing If the ease of use of Allaire ColdFusion® and rapid development cycles have had the same effects on your clients as they've had on mine, the demands they place on CF are, at times, more than it was intended to bear. What started as an inexpensive application server has had to compete on a level with full-blown client server application development environments. One of the so-far acceptable 'weak-spots' in CF application server is the transaction processing.
